This adapted folk art design is by Renee Mullins and has been hand painted on black fiberglass screen. The star is a white metal cutout and has been glued into place on his scarf. The frame is 8 x 8 inches and has been painted Sapphire Blue . It has been sprayed with a matte finish and has a metal hanger on the back.
