If it is time to start sprucing up your home for spring where you are at I think flower placemats would help with that. There are so many beautiful fabrics out there with pretty spring flowers on the print that you have so many choices to pick from for your placemats. I found this video to show how you can make some reversible placemats for your table. I make LOTS of placemats throughout the year for all occasions and this tutorial seems to be very easy to do. So why not give it a shot and make some really pretty spring flower placemats for your table. :)

So last week we looked at ways people upcycle items and make them into tote bags. This week I thought we could look at making your own tote bag. This video is from Lazy Girls Designs and is called the Gracie Tote Bag. I make a lot of tote bags and when I started to make them it seemed like it would be so hard, but it is actually pretty easy. This video shows how easy it is so why not give it a try.
