It's summer and I love just about anything that can be grilled. Today, I'd like to share my recipe for marinated grilled chicken skewers.
Here's what you'll need.
About 1-1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast - cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 c. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c. White Sugar
1/4 c. Water
1 T. Olive Oil
1/3 c. Pineapple Juice
Combine liquid ingredients with sugar, stir to dissolve, add chicken and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Thread chicken onto skewers leaving a bit of space in between the pieces. Grill over pre-heated grill turning often until done... about 20 mins.
I also grilled green, red, yellow and orange peppers and pineapple chunks.
