Needles-n-Pins Stitcheries: Spring Tulip Wreath

Tulips, tulips, tulips everywhere. Such a pretty spring flower! They come in all shapes, sizes and colors. So it's time to add some color to your home decor so let's do it by making one of these Tulip Wreaths from The Frugal Homemaker. Look at all the pretty colors in this wreath or you can do some pinks, yellows and blues. The colors are endless and it looks fairly easy. Why not give it a try. :)

Happy Spring!

Needles-n-Pins Stitcheries: Upcycled Flowers

Lots of spring flowers might be blooming in your area if you are fortunate to have springtime now so I thought I would see on Etsy how people make upcycled flowers. Here are a few I found. :)

Now how neat are these flowers from IndustrialBloom! They are made with vintage faucet handles! I showed these to my daughter and she made some. :)

Pretty soon the daisies will be showing up too just like this one from Imperfections. It is made from wood and a pan lid.

Look at this colorful garland! It is made by ClaireWheatDesigns and she cut the flowers from a vintage garden flowers book.

Well if you can't wait for the flowers to come up why not "plant" one of these flowers in your yard from ADelicateTouch1. It has lots of pretty colors and it is made from plates. Pretty neat.

Just looking at all these flowers really makes me want to get on with spring, but up here we still have 2 feet of snow on the ground so spring seems a long ways away. So you guys that are getting to see flowers already have fun enjoying them :)
