Pumpkin Spice Granola

I not only love the colors of fall when all the leaves begin to change from green to beautiful reds, yellow, gold and orange, but I also love the tastes of autumn. Comfort food recipes pop up all over the internet with the promise of stews, soups and heavier meals. Even though granola tends to be a little calorie and fat heavy, the ingredients are generally natural and raw making this a healthier choice.

This Pumpkin Spice Granola has everything going for it. It is sweetened with pure maple syrup and is made with real pumpkin puree!!! Nuts, seeds, oats and coconut add to the nutrition and deliciousness of this granola. Oh, and let's not forget the pumpkin pie spice!!! Now that's what I call comfort.

Ali of Give Me Some Oven has the complete recipe along with lots of beautiful photos to help along the way. Click on the photo above for the recipe.
